Messages to these addresses arrive in our team's email inbox. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle them and how long we keep them.

3. From the app

Open Settings › Help:

• Contact us for questions about anything.
• Report a problem when something isn't working. It can include technical details that help us fix it faster.
• Suggest a feature when you have an idea for Fondfully.

Replies arrive by email and in the app under Help › Your messages.

4. When you'll hear back

• Support: we usually reply within two business days.
• Privacy requests: we confirm we've received your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, or within one month where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies. If we need longer, we'll tell you why within that time.
• Security reports: we acknowledge them within three business days.

5. Legal notices

Please send formal legal notices by post to the address in section 1, with a copy by email to support@fondfully.com with the subject "Legal notice". That includes a notice of a dispute, which starts the informal resolution step in section 18 of our Terms of Service; include your name, the email address on your account, what the dispute is about and what you'd like us to do.

6. We'll never ask

We'll never ask for your password, your vault passphrase, your recovery code or your payment card details, by email or any other way. If someone does, it isn't us; please tell us at security@fondfully.com.
